  I have been in this store twice now. Both times I was there nobody seemed to know what they were doing and had to call their supervisor for help with simple questions. I assumed the first time was a fluke so I returned and the second time was just as bad. I was excited to see a Verizon store come to Edenton but I won't be going back again. Luckily I was able to call Verizon and get everything taken care of over the phone after wasting my time in this store. Management should spend a little more time training these staff before leaving them in the store alone.

  I had a great experience at the Edenton Verizon! They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions about my data plan. They helped me get the plan I wanted and would fit my budget. Would highly recommended!
